Piano and Violin. My teaching approach is based in the Suzuki philosophy which understands how a child learns to speak his/her mother tongue. The Suzuki Method applies the same principles of language acquisition in childhood to teach music. Suzuki believed that talent can be nurtured in every individual. Everybody has the innate capacity to develop music skills at their own pace given the right conditions. Over the years of teaching with this method I've discovered that age is not a limiting factor. You don't have to be young to start playing an instrument and enjoy music making. As an adult you may find it a bit more difficult but it may as well become a good source of enjoyment.

History / Credentials:

Graduated at the Madrid Conservatory of Music, Spain. Teaching music both in Spain and US since 1992. Also certified Montessori preschool teacher and Kindermusik teacher. This is my third year as music teacher at Pine Creek School. I moved to Livingston area after 5 years involvement with North Valley Music School in Whitefish, MT. Currently I have a private music studio in Livingston.
